The Avondale Fire Company was dispatched at 1827 hours for a reported accident at Baltimore Pike and Cedar Springs Road. Ambulance 23-2 responded with the report of a two vehicle accident and one subject with rib pain. Lieutenant 23 (Rochester) arrived and confirmed the report. Rescue 23 arrived and handled vehicle hazards and debris in the roadway. Ambulance 23-2 transported one patient to a local hospital while the crew waited for Blittersdorf's towing before clearing the scene.
