Rescue 23 with a crew of 5 personel covered Boothwyn Fire Company while they trained at the West Chester Burn Building, Rescue 23 relocated the Boothwyn district from 0800 to 1600hours. While on standby the crew responded to an automobile accident. Rescue 23 went on-scene to find a two vehicle accident with one trapped. Lieutenant 40 established command while Hosemen 23 (Swift) handled operations. The crew worked quickly to extricate the patient in under five minutes. Rescue 23 helped the tow-truck driver clean up the road.
The rescue then returned to the Boothwyn Firehouse to complete their relocate.
