On Tuesday, August 18, 2015, Avondale Fire Company Captain Rick Franks and his wife ‎Christina Franks welcomed a little girl into their family at 2134 hours. Both mother and baby are doing very well. The officers and members of Avondale Fire Company congratulate Rick and Christiana Franks on the birth of their daughter Abigail Lea Franks.
