The Avondale Fire Company was dispatched just after 2030 hours to the parking lot of the ACME for a reported car fire. Ladder 22 was returning from training in Avondale and arrived with an engine compartment well involved. Rescue 23 arrived pulling an 1 3/4" line and put it in service with foam. The fire was quickly knocked by the rescue crew. Engine 23-2 and Tanker 23 also assisted.
