Yesterday, Engine 23-2 along with Tanker 23 attended the Modena Fire Company’s 100th year anniversary where crews participated in a parade and a ceremony!
It is tradition in the fire service that during housing ceremonies, the visiting departments are able to use their apparatus to spray down the fire station. This is done in good fortune, as a sign of support and ongoing well wishes towards that department.
While the Engine and Tanker celebrated the parade, Traffic 23 and AFC Fire Police assisted with traffic control for the parade route.
