| At 1652 hours, the Avondale Fire Company was dispatched along with West Grove Fire Company for a reported shed on fire in the Avon Wheel Mobile Home Park in London Grove Township.
Squad 23 responded with 6 personnel moments after dispatch, alongside Deputy 23. Deputy 23 arrived first and found a shed out in the woods with smoke and fire showing. Squad 23 arrived as the first due engine laying 600 feet of 5-inch supply line as well as deploying a 300-foot attack line to the seat of the fire.
Deputy 23 held West Grove Command along with Chief 22 of West Grove Fire Company. West Grove's Engine 22-1 assisted with overhaul operations.
All units cleared the scene at 1733 hours without incident. |
