Engine and Tanker assist on woods in the Po-Mar-Lin district

Po-Mar-Lin Fire Company (Sta. 36) was dispached at 1644 hours for a brush fire with extension into the woods. Tac 36 arrived shortly after dispatch reporting a fire on the hillside spreading quickly. Assistant 36 (Griffith) arrived, establishing the command,and requesting additional tankers and brush units. With the upgrade, The Avondale Fire Company was alerted for the tanker. Shortly after the tanker was requested, Engine 232 was requested for manpower. Engine 232 went enroute seconds later with a crew of 5. Engine 232 arrived onscene helping ATV and Brush 24's crew with removing hotspots and cutting down trees.
