The Avondale Fire Company went to the West Chester Burn Building for their weekly training night on 5/20. The crews pulled handlines from Engine 23-1, while Engine 23-2 supplied it. This allowed practice for the interior qualified firefighters on scenarios inside and also pump practice for drivers. The crews did over 20 scenarios. Those that were unable to participate in interior secenarios were taught how to throw ladders. Crews had a lot of fun and can't wait for the next time.

Special thanks to (EMT) Stephanie Biondi for the images.

Also special thanks to the Union Fire Company for standing by while we were training to improve our skills.
