On Wednesday, September 3rd Avondale Fire Company employee Charles Foy Jr and his wife Vicki gave birth to their daughter at Chester County Hospital. Isabella Lee Foy was delivered at 10:18. Isabella weighs 7 pounds 6 ounces and was 20.5 inches long. Both mother and daughter are doing fantastic.
